Hey there!

I’m Kirsty and I used to be consumed with thoughts of “I’m disgusting and unlovable”. I was stuck in a cycle of binge-hate-punish-restrict and no matter how much work I’d done on myself, I still felt unlovable.
I thought I just needed more willpower and regularly berated myself with “what’s wrong with me – why can’t I just stop eating like everyone else?”.
But some point along the way, I started to realise that maybe my thought patterns were a lie…
I began to question my beliefs about food & my body and I realised that not everyone lives with minds consumed of thoughts about food and their bodies(!). So, I set out on a journey to build a healthier relationship with myself. It lead me to learn the patterns that I was trapped inside of and now I feel a sense of confidence & freedom that I didn’t think existed! I’ve been able to relax into healthy love, knowing and believing it when he says I’m beautiful.
Now, I’m on a mission to protect future generations from the same bad body image we went through – because children don’t become who we want for them. They become who we are for ourselves.
It starts with us.
